Rebranding Project: Logo, Sports Posters & Stop Motions
I have designed a logo for the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Olympics, which includes a primary logo and logo mark. A retro typeface combination was chosen to portray a 1990s aesthetic. In addition, I have created promotional posters, posters for each sport, and posters featuring the Olympic rings. For this project, I decided to explore simple animation. The animations are in a stop-motion style. As with my previous Olympics re-design, I highly enjoyed creating all the elements of this project.

Sports Posters:
Each poster features the name of the sport in English (burgundy), as well as Italian (navy). They also feature a manipulated image of the sport as the focal point, each framed in a shape from the promotional poster, and a yellow border. The MC logo mark is used in each poster, in the white space of the illustration.

As part of my Milano Cortina 2026 re-brand, I created posters for each of Australia’s 2026 medalists. These posters are based on the design of the sports posters, but with their name, sport discipline, and the name of the medal, in English and Italian. My medal poster designs also feature a photo of the Olympian winning, in the same edited photography style as the sports posters. These designs include the MC logo mark and the Olympics moto; “Faster, Stronger, Higher.“
